Abstract

Bu makalenin
amacı, öğretmen etkinliği konusundaki bazı bilgileri, antrenörlük davranışı ve
pratiği konusuyla ilişkilendirmektir. “Psychology Today” adlı derginin Ocak
1976 sayısında çıkan “Bir antrenör bir öğretmene neler öğretebilir” başlıklı
bir makale bu çalışmanın hazırlanmasında hareket noktası olmuştur.  Asıl niyetim işlevsel bazı önerilerde
bulunmak ve bazı teşvik edici düşüncelerimi antrenörlük mesleğini icra eden
veya etmeyi düşünenlerle paylaşmaktır.
