Erkek Halter Sporcularının Quadriceps Femoris Açı Değerlerinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışma, olimpik stil halter sporcuları ile sedanter bireylerin quadriceps femoris kas açılarının belirlenmesini hedeflemiştir. Araştırmaya erkek olimpik stil halter sporcuları (n= 16, yaş: 19.63±2.34, boy: 1.74±.049 m, vücut ağırlığı: 78.81±11.20 kg, vücut kitle indeksi: 25.91±3.41 kg/m2) ve sedanter bireyler (n= 16, yaş: 19.69±1.35, boy: 1.75±.030 m, vücut ağırlığı: 78.19±14.11 kg, vücut kitle indeksi: 25,50±4.70) katıldı. Quadriceps femoris açısı değerlendirmesi bireyler supine pozisyonunda ve quadriceps kası pasif durumda iken gonyometre ile gerçekleştirildi. Sporcu bireylerin sağ-sol quadriceps femoris kas açıları değerlerinin sedanter bireylerin değerlerinden küçük olduğu belirlendi (p<.001, p< .001 verilen sırayla). Halter sporcularının sol quadriceps femoris açısı değerlerinin sağ quadriceps femoris açısı değerlerinden daha büyük olduğu tespit edildi (p< .01). Sonuç olarak olimpik stil halter sporunun quadriceps femoris kas açısı üzerine etkisinin olduğu ifade edilebilir.
