THE EXAMINATION WHICH UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ SECTION CHOICE AND CHOICE RESULTS WITH STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

In this study, generally, it wants that searches the students who are at university age doing university section choice, can be affected from which factors and these factors’ affects on section satisfaction. Study’s, which is started for this aim, nature was determined as students who chose and will be chosen to section at country-wide at study’s period. But, because of not reach all students due to time limitation, removed sample from nature. Sample; was determined as students of Faculties of Arts and Sciences, Economics and Administrative Sciences and Engineering. Method and analysis was made under cover of informations from 433 students, who was majoring at different sections of faculties, with by way of an new survey which is prepared by scanning the national and international studies. Method and analysis, which were mentioned, are; “One Way Variance Analysis”, “Reliability Analysis” and “Correlation Analysis”. Result to test and analysis, the factors, which can affect to section choices, were found as “individuality structure”, “individual, domestic and environmental factors”. Also; when students make choice for university and section with available for their individuality structure, getting supports too, it is seen that their satisfaction from sections increase.
