Abstract
Written by Mark Neocleous and translated into Turkish by Beyza Sümer Aydaş in 2014 and published by 'NotaBene', "War Power Police Power" is one of Neocleous's important pieces. In this book, Neocleous investigates how war and police power are intertwined, how these two powers work together to maintain social order, and evaluates modern management policies and violence strategies, both internal and external security operations, while discussing the war power and police power. The main topics of the reports include issues such as applied control, violence and social control.

Abstract
Mark Neocleous tarafından yazılan ve 2014 yılında Beyza Sümer Aydaş tarafından Türkçeye çevrilerek ‘NotaBene’ tarafından yayımlanan “Savaş Erki Polis Erki” (War Power, Police Power), Neocleous’un önemli eserlerinden biridir. Bu kitapta savaş ve polis gücünün nasıl iç içe geçtiğini, toplumsal düzenin korunmasında bu iki gücün nasıl bir arada işlediğini inceleyen Neocleous, modern devletin güvenlik politikalarını ve şiddet stratejilerini hem iç hem de dış güvenlik bağlamında değerlendirirken, savaş erki ve polis erki arasındaki bağlantıyı tartışmaktadır. Kitabın ana konuları arasında, devletin uyguladığı kontrol, şiddet ve toplumsal denetim gibi konular yer almaktadır.
