BİLGİ YÖNETİMİNE İLİŞKİN KAVRAMSAL VE KURAMSAL BİR İNCELEME

Abstract

Gerek akademik yazında gerekse uygulamada sıklıkla karşılaşılan bilgi yönetimi kavramının temelini oluşturan bilgi, ona sahip olanı diğerlerinden farklılaştıran ve ilerleme olanağı sunan bir varlık olup; bilginin eldesi, paylaşımı, mevcut bilgilerden yeni bilgilerin üretilmesi ve süreklilik sağlanması; bireylerin güdü, eğitim, deneyim, sezgi ve algı gibi özelliklerini kullanmasına bağlıdır. Bunun yanı sıra başta sanayi devrimleri olmak üzere meydana gelen kritik gelişmeler, bilginin yayılım ve değişim hızını arttırmış, iş süreçlerini etkilemiştir. Bilginin yönetimine etki eden bu hususların incelenmesi ve bilgi yönetimi kavramına yönelik açıklamaların değerlendirilmesi, bu çalışmanın amaçlarından birini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın bir diğer amacı ise, bilgi yönetiminin kuramsal temellerini oluşturan modelleri açıklamaktır. Söz konusu modeller; Wiig’in Bilgi Oluşturma ve Kullanma Yönetim Modeli, Nonaka ve Takeuchi’nin Bilgi Spirali Modeli, The Von Krogh ve Ross’un Örgütsel Epistemoloji Modeli, Meyer ve Zack’in Bilgi Yönetimi Yaklaşımı, Choo’nun Sezgisel Bilgi Yönetim Modeli, Alavi’nin Bilgi Yönetimi Modeli, Bukowitz ve William’ın Bilgi Yönetimi Modeli, McElroy’un Bilgi Yönetim Döngüsü, Evans, Dalkir ve Bidian’ın Bilgi Yönetimi Döngüsü şeklinde sıralanabilmektedir. Gerek yerli yazında karşılaşılmamış olan bu modellerin incelenmesi, gerekse kavramsal, tarihsel ve kuramsal değerlendirmenin birlikte sunulması ile literatüre katkıda bulunulması umulmaktadır.
