Articles submitted to our journal undergo a preliminary review process conducted by the editorial board. During this stage, the article's compliance with the journal's ethical principles, writing guidelines, and scope is evaluated. Articles that do not meet the journal's standards are rejected at this stage; those deemed suitable are sent to the peer review process.

For article submissions to our journal, an Editorial Processing Fee (EPC) of 7,500 TL / 175 USD must be paid by the author(s) to initiate the evaluation process. This fee covers editorial evaluation and technical preparation services.

Payments are only accepted via bank transfer/EFT. The Article ID and Turkish Republic Identity Number (for Turkish citizens) must be specified in the payment description. Uploading the payment receipt to the system is mandatory.

The editorial processing fee is a prerequisite for the article to be sent to the evaluation process and does not guarantee acceptance. No refunds will be given if the article is rejected or withdrawn by the author.
