Türkiye ve Türk Cumhuriyetleri Arasında Pazarlama İletişimi Açısından Tüketicinin Korunması Kalite ve Standardizasyonun Önemi

Abstract

Türkiye'nin Türk cumhuriyetleri ve toplulukları ile ekono­mik ve ticari ilişkilerinde her geçen gün biraz daha artan bir hacme ulaşılmış bulunulmakla birlikte, dolaşıma sunulan mal ve hizmet­lerde özellikle kalite, standart ve satış sonrası güvenceler (garanti belgesi, garanti süresi, satış sonrası servis ve hizmetler, yedek par­ça vb.) açısından ciddi sorunlar yaşanmaktadır. Bunda, hem Türki­ye'nin ve hem de Türk cumhuriyetlerinin ve topluluklarının tüketi­cinin korunmasına ilişkin gerekli olan altyapıyı birbirlerine enteg­re şekilde geliştirememiş olmalarının payı büyüktür. Türkiye'nin, ilk yıllarda elde ettiği mukayeseli ticari üstünlüklerini tüketici ter­cihleri, kalite ve standartları dikkate alan rakiplerine karşı sürdüremediği, keza, Türkiye ile ticari ilişkilerde bulunan Türk devlet ve topluluklarının da yeterli güven verici gelişmeleri kaydedemediği de yine çeşitli çalışmalarda ortaya konmuştur. Bu yazı ile, ülkeler ve topluluklar arasında kalite, standart ve tüke­ticinin korunması faaliyetleri ile güven ortamını pekiştirecek ve buna dayalı olarak da ekonomik ve ticari ilişkileri daha üst nokta­lara taşıyacak bir sistemin kurulmasının önemi vurgulanırken; Tür­kiye'deki tüketicinin korunmasına yönelik düzenlemelerden hare­ketle neler yapılabileceği tartışılmaktadır. Türk devlet ve toplulukları arasında tüketicinin korunması ve mal ve hizmetlerde kalite ve güvence sisteminin geliştirilmesinin kuş­kusuz ki, sadece kendi aralarındaki ticaret hacmi ve ekonomik iliş­kilerde değil, bütün dünya ölçeğinde bir uluslararası rekabet unsuru olarak da önem kazanacağı ve ilişkilere yansıyan tarafları olacağı da yine bu yazı içerisinde dile getirilmektedir

Abstract

Althougt Turkey's economic and commercial relations with Turkish Republic s and societies have increased to a great volume, there
have been same serious problems with the goods and services provided for circulation, especially with the quality, Standard and post-sale
warranties (warranty certificate, warranty period, service after the sale, spare parts, ete). The basic reason of this the fact that both Turkey
and Turkish Republics have not been able to develop the required infrastrueture integratively as far as the consumer care concerned. it has
been proved in various studies that Turkey failed to maintain its relative commercial superiorities which it obtained at the beginning against
its rivals who are attentive and very careful about consumer preferences; furthermore, these studies also proved that the Turkish governments
and societies which have had some commercial business relations with Turkey failed to improve relations reliably.
in this article, emphaised that it is vitally important establish a system which is to consolidate the quality, standard and consumer care activities between countries and societies and based on this system the commercial and economic relations should be improved. it has also been argued what Turkey can do from the standpoint of the regulations as to the consumer care.
Another important issue which has been touched upon in this article is that improving the consumer care, quality and warrant system for the goods and services between Turkish governments and societies will undoubtdely gain importance and effect relations not only between Turkey and Turkish Rupeblics but also in the international arena as a competation factor.
