Karbon, Cam ve Quartz Fiber Postların Geleneksel ve Dual Cure Simanlar İle Bağlanması Üzerinde Yüzey İşlemlerinin Etkisi

Abstract

Post materyalinin elastik modülünün kök-kanal dentinine yakın olması, kanal morfolojisine uygunluğu, kırılganlığı ve biyouyumluluğu; kök-kanal dentini içerisinde oluşabilecek kırıklara karşı direnci etkilemektedir .Bu çalışmanın amacı; 3 çeşit fiber postun (Karbon fiber, Cam fiber, Quartz fiber ) çeşitli yüzey işlemlerinin ; CIS ve rezin siman ile olan bağlanmasını incelemektir. Hem yüzey işlemlerinin hem de geleneksel simanlar ile rezin simanın bağlanmadaki etkinliği karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmada 3 çeşit fiber posta ( karbon,cam,quartz) değişik yüzey işlemleri yapılarak 2 farklı siman (rezin siman ve cam iyonomer siman) ile bağlantısı incelenmiştir. Postların simana bağlanma mukavemetleri push out testi kullanılarak Universal test cihazı ile ölçüldü. Veriler 2 yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ile analiz edildi. Post malzemeleri ve 4 yüzey işleme tekniği arasında karşılaştırma için post hoc Tukey aralıkları hesaplanmıştır. Tüm yüzey işlemleri tüm postlarda olumlu etki göstermiştir. Bağlanma mukavemeti üzerinde en önemli etkiyi daima Al2O3 tozu ile kumlama işlemi vermiştir. Rezin simanlar ile yapıştırılan gruplarda bağlanma mukavemeti daha yüksek olarak tespit edilmiştir.
