Aim of this working; phenolic composition of rosehips fruit roses that can be used in industry are to identify. Materials of the study collected all over Türkiye grown in Rosarium part of SDU. Botanical Garden. The working was continued almost two years. 15 genotypes of these plants are identified as a potential candidate for fruit roses in industry and on these samples were carried out Phenolic composition analysis. Rose genotypes selected by us are belonging to Rosa canina, R. dumalis, R. beggeriana, R. gallica, R. pendulina, R. noisettiana and R. alba. R. alba, R. pendulina, and R. gallica are old garden roses of Türkiye. The other ones are wild roses of Türkiye. If their lengths are shorter, fruit productions are being increased. R. beggeriana is both fruit and an important rose in architecture and dye production. Except for R. canina, others were studied for the first time. Most important organs of the rosehips are their fruits. Türkiye rosehips in vitamin C amount are higher than rosehips in the world. First year, the sample number 13276 14467 mg/g ; second year the sample number 730 11104,88 mg/g have the highest vitamin C. First year gallic acid and kafeic acid; second year chlorogenic acid from phenolic compounds have been not identified in all the rosehips. In addition to this, second year gallic acid and kafeic acid have been identified in all the rosehips. % oil quantity in seeds of rosehips; first year, it is the highest 13.77 % in sample 502, it is the least 6.16 % in sample 1733; second year it is highest % 13.66 in sample 1274, it is the least 8.22 % in the sample 502. In terms of fruit rose production. R. dumalis is a more important wild species than R. canina. Var. antalyensis of R. dumalis is an endemic for Türkiye Lakes region
C vitamini en yüksek 1. yıl 13276 no.lu örnekte 14467 mg/g ; 2. yıl 730 no.lu örnekte 11104,88 mg/g çıkmıştır.
