Türkiye’de yayılış gösteren Chorispora DC. Brassicaceae türleri üzerinde karşılaştırmalı anatomik çalışmalar

Year 2017, Volume: 10 Issue: 2, 193 - 197, 15.08.2017

Abstract

Chorispora DC.

The comparative anatomical studies on the genus Chorispora DC. Brassicaceae distributed in Turkey

Year 2017, Volume: 10 Issue: 2, 193 - 197, 15.08.2017

Abstract

The Chorispora DC. genus Brassicaceae is represented by three species in Turkey. In this study, anatomical features of Chorispora species C. tenella, C. iberica, C. purpurascens naturally distributed in Turkey were investigated. In anatomical studies, Cross-sections taken by hand from stem and leaves have been examined. As a result of anatomical studies; Chorispora has been found to be one of rare genus included glandular trcihomes of Brassicaceae family. The anatomical structures stem and leaves of investigated species have similar anatomical characteristics. The stem parenchyma cells of genus are chloranchymatic and multilayers. Leaf mesophyll types are bifacial dorsiventrale and stomata types are anisocytic. Consequently, the characters such as presence of trichome, one or two bundles in the middle vein region, presence of sclerenchyma in phloem layer of stem were determined as important characters for the identification of these species
