In this study, total of 57 seed samples of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) from four districts of Erzurum were investigated during September, 1995. The seeds were transferred to potato dextrose agar and fungi were isolated and identified. As a result of this study, eighteen fungi were determined on the seed samples. Of fungi isolated from seeds, Alternaria alternata was found in 50.9% of the samples, Aspergillus spp. in 47.4%, Botrytis cinerea in 3.5%, Cladosporium spp. in 63.2%, Colletotrichum lindemuthianum in 10.5%, Fusarium acuminatum in 1.8%, F.equiseti in 50.9%, F.proliferatum in 3.5%, F.verticillioides in 1.8%, Penicillium spp. in 91.2%, Phoma glomerata in 1.8%, P.medicaginis in 1.8%, Rhizoctonia solani in 12.3%, Rhizopus stolonifer in 96.5%, Stemphylium botryosum in 7.0%, Trichoderma spp. in 5.3%, Trichothecium roseum in 5.3% and Ulocladium atrum in 5.3%. In addition, the infection ratio of seeds was also determined by using three different surface disinfected treatments.
Bu çalışmada,Erzurum ilinde dört ilçeden Eylül 1995'te toplanan 57 adet fasulye (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) tohum örneği incelenmiştir. Tohumlarda bulunan funguslar, patates dekstroz agarda izole edilmiş ve tanılanmıştır. Çalışma sonucu, tohum örneklerinde 18 fungus belirlenmiştir. İncelenen tohum örneklerin, %50.9'unun Alternaria alternata, %47.4'ünün Aspergillus spp.,%3.5'inin Botrytis cinerea, %63.2'sinin Cladosporium spp.,%10.5'inin Colletotrichum lindemuthianum, %1.8'inin Fusarium acuminatum, %50.9'unun F.equiseti,%3.5'inin F.proliferatum, %1.8'inin F.verticillioides, %91.2'sinin Penicillium spp.,%1.8'inin Phoma glomerata, %1.8'inin P.medicaginis, %12.3'ünün Rhizoctonia solani, %96.5'inin Rhizopus stolonifer,%7.0'sinin Stemphylium botryosum, %5.3'ünün Trichoderma spp., %5.3'ünün Trichothecium roseum ve %5.3'ünün Ulocladium atrum ile bulaşık olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, üç farklı yüzeysel dezenfeksiyon uygulamasına bağlı olarak, tohum bulaşıklık oranları da belirlenmiştir.
