Saf ve Modifiye Bitümlerin Farklı Frekans ve Sıcaklıklardaki Reolojik Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Çalışmada, farklı kaynaklardan temin edilen saf
bağlayıcıların ve bu bağlayıcılarla hazırlanan modifiye bitümlerin farklı
sıcaklık ve frekanslardaki reolojik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada ana
bağlayıcı olarak Batman TÜPRAŞ ve Irak LANAZ rafinerilerinden temin edilen B
160/220 sınıfı saf bitüm kullanılmıştır. Katkı maddesi olarak Kraton SBS D1101
kullanılmış olup katkı oranları %2, %3 ve %4 olarak seçilmiştir. Saf ve
modifiye bitümlere 4 farklı sıcaklıkta (40, 50, 60 ve 70°C) sıcaklıkta ve 10
farklı frekansta (0,01 ile 10 Hz aralığında) dinamik kayma reometresi (DSR)
deneyi uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan DSR deneyleri sonucunda Irak LANAZ bitümü ve bu
bitüm kullanılarak hazırlanan modifiye bitümlerin Batman TÜPRAŞ bitümü ve bu
bitüm kullanılarak hazırlanan modifiye bitümlerden daha yüksek kompleks kayma
modülü ve daha düşük faz açısı değerlerine sahip olduğu dolayısıyla daha
elastik davranış sergilediği belirlenmiştir. Kompleks kayma modülü değerleri
üzerinde %2 ve %3 katkı içeriklerinde Batman TÜPRAŞ bitümünün %4 katkı
içeriğinde ise Irak LANAZ bitümünün daha etkin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Deney
sonuçlarından Irak LANAZ bitümü ve %4 oranında SBS kullanılması ile en uygun
modifiye bitümün elde edildiği tespit edilmiştir
