Abstract

Laboratuvar test sonuçlarının,
standart normal dağılım temelinde tek tip z skoru şeklinde verilmesi (tek
başına ya da mevcut şekliyle birlikte) önerimizin, teknik altyapı açısından
uygunluğu, klinisyenlerce kullanılabilirliğinin daha etkin bir çözümlemesi ve
gündeme alınarak birçok açıdan tartışılması gerekmektedir.

USE OF Z SCORE FOR THE STANDARDIZATION OF LABORATORY RESULTS REPORTING

Abstract

It is necessary that our recommendation to report
the laboratory test results in the form of a uniform z score on the basis of
standard, normal distribution (alone or in the present format) be analyzed more
effectively by physicians in terms of its usability, be brought onto the agenda
and discussed in many aspects.
