Abstract
Presakral bölge yerleşimli anevrizmal kemik kistleri çok nadir olup yerleşim gösterdikle- ri seviyeye göre değişik yakınmalara neden olmaktadırlar. Bunların geleneksel tedavisi cerrahi küretaj ve/veya kemik greftlemedir. Bu kistlerde rekürrens sık görülmektedir. Bu yazıda sol siyatalji ile başvuran, presakral anevrizmal kemik kisti teşhis konulan ve bu nedenle iki kez opere edilen 34 yaşında bir bayan olgu sunulmaktır.

ABSTRACT
Aneurysmal bone cyst of presacral region is very rare and lead to various complaints according to their localization. The conventional treatment of them is the surgical curettage with or without bone grafting. Recurrence is the major problem in these cysts. Herein, we are reporting a presacral aneurysmal bone cyst attended with left sciatica that operated twice in a 34 year old female.
