Concha bullosa (CB) is one of the most common encountered anatomic variations located in nasal cavity. CB and other paranasal sinus variations can easily diagnosed by paranasal sinus tomography (CT). To our knowledge; in literature, there is only one triple divided CB case, reported before. CB is usually asymptomatic but sometimes it causes nasal obstruction and headache. In such cases it must be treated with endoscopic approach. Careful resection of CB is essential because of the probability of any other anatomic variation.
