BRIQ is committed to national and international principles of academic publishing. The journal takes into account the publication ethics standards set by COPE, DOAJ, and OASPA. Submissions are evaluated with regard to originality, research ethics, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, copyright, and academic integrity.
Editors and reviewers conduct the evaluation process in accordance with the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, academic care, and objectivity. Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts within their field of expertise in a fair, constructive, and respectful manner. Authors are deemed to declare that their submissions are original, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration by another journal.
Manuscripts objectively found to violate ethical principles may be rejected during the evaluation process. For published works, correction, retraction, or removal procedures may be applied when necessary. BRIQ uses the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) for published texts.
