Abstract
Bu çalışmada ZnO ince film kaplamalar sol-jel yöntemi ile üretilmiş, SEM ve XRD analiz cihazları ile karakterize edilmiştir. Üretim sonrası ince film kaplamada görülen kıvrımlı ağ morfolojisi üzerine incelemeler gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Abstract
In this work, ZnO thin film coatings have been synthesized by sol-gel method and characterized by SEM and XRD analysis devices. Wrinkled morphologies of thin films which seen after the production procedure have been examined.
