Hidrotermal Yöntem ile ZnO Nanoçubuk Üretimi

Year 2016, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 20 - 24, 01.07.2016

Abstract

ZnO Nanorod Synthesis by Hydrothermal Route

Year 2016, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 20 - 24, 01.07.2016

Abstract

One-dimensional materials are important for nanoscience and nanotechnology. Decreasing in size provides unique electrical, mechanical, chemical and optical properties. Nanostructured ZnO materials have attractive properties such as electronics, optics and photonics. Different nanostructures of ZnO such as nanorods, nanowires, nanotcombs, nanobelt have being studied intensively. In this study, hydrothermal synthesis of ZnO nanorods and characterization results have been performed.
