Lightning Risk Analysis According to the IEC62305-2: A Case of Hakkari University

Abstract

This
paper studies the risk analysis and 
effects of protection systems on risk management based on IEC62305-2.
Hakkari University was used as a case study for risk analysis due to potential
on increasing population growth.  It was
shown that protection system (LPD and SPD) is significantly reduced risk value.
Consequenlty, it is understand that protective system are really important
system to reduces risk of human life.

IEC62305-2’ye Göre Yıldırım Risk Analizi: Hakkâri Üniversitesi Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada
IEC62305-2 standart kullanılarak risk analizi ve koruma sisteminin risk değeri
üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Örnek model olarak nüfus yoğunluğu açısından
yükselen potansiyele sahip olan Hakkâri Üniversitesi modeli ele alınmıştır.
Korunma sisteminin bulunması durumunda risk değerinin, koruma sistemlerinin
bulunmadığı duruma göre önemli oranda azaldığı gözlenmiştir.  LPD (Yıldırım koruma sistemi) ve SPD
(Parafudr) sistemlerinin insanların hayat güvenliği için son derece önemli
olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
