Cyberloafing occurs with the widespread use of technology in workplaces, refers to the use of the internet with technological tools for non-business purposes aimed at providing benefits or harming employees at work. Organizational citizenship behavior means that employees go beyond formal roles and make extra efforts to benefit the organization. In this context, due to the indisputable importance of the efficiency and performance of university employees, which cyberloafing and organizational citizenship behaviors and how different behaviors of academic and administrative staff differ is examined. In the study, the sub-dimensions of cyberloafing and organizational citizenship behaviors were analyzed in the context of demographic features on the basis of university sampling, as given the reason as universities contribute to the development of a country and the training of qualified students. For this reason, the study shows the importance of universities to be more productive, the relationship between working individuals and being positive among other people and organizations that have relationships, and that they can make a possible contribution to the use of resources more effectively. In addition, the study aims to reveal the importance of academic and administrative staffs’ awareness about cyberloafing behavior and organizational citizenship behavior for universities.
