Licensing Policy
This journal uses a CC BY-NC 4.0 license. Copyright and publication rights of the author(s) are reserved.
The Copyright Agreement Form should be signed in blue colored pen and uploaded to the system as PDF. The form can be completed in separate copies by authors at different institutions. However, all signatures must be in blue colored pen and must be merged and uploaded to the system as ONE PDF. Authors own the copyright of their work published in the journal and their work is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
Authors are deemed to have accepted the following terms by submitting their work to the journal under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license:
• The copyright of the published article belongs to the author.
• Authors authorize this Journal to publish the article and to identify itself as the original publisher.
• Authors grant any third party the right to use the article freely, as long as the original authors and citation details are identified.
• Nothing in this license impairs or restricts an author's right to protect the integrity and ownership of their work.

6. That the article has been prepared in accordance with the spelling and publication rules specified by the journal,
7. If there is an Ethics Committee Decision, the relevant documents are uploaded to the system,
8. Cannot arbitrarily withdraw the manuscript based on disrupting the process while the referee process, which starts after the editorial review of the submitted manuscript, is ongoing,
9. To transfer to the journal the financial rights on the submitted article, in particular the rights of processing, reproduction, representation, printing, publication, distribution and any form of public communication, including transmission via the internet,

Articles published in this journal are digitally archived in LOCKSS. The LOCKSS system has permission to collect, preserve and make available this access Archive Volume.
