Bayburt University Journal of Science (BUFBD) is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal that aims to contribute to the national and international scientific literature by publishing original, high-quality research with significant scientific merit in the fields of science and engineering. The journal supports the dissemination of current scientific and technological developments within the relevant disciplines to the academic community, enhances the visibility of research outcomes, and promotes the advancement of scientific knowledge.
Scope
Bayburt University Journal of Science (BUFBD) covers original theoretical, experimental, and applied research conducted in the fields of science and engineering. The journal evaluates studies that directly contribute to the scientific and technical problems of the relevant disciplines, demonstrate methodological rigor, and provide innovative contributions to the field. Studies based on quantitative or qualitative data analysis are considered provided that they are directly related to science and engineering and offer scientific contributions. As of 2026, only research articles are accepted for publication in the journal. Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published and must not be under simultaneous consideration by another journal.
