1. Manuscripts must be submitted by the corresponding author through the DergiPark system in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
2. As of 2026, the journal accepts only research article submissions.
3. If the manuscript is prepared in Turkish, it should consist of the following sections: Turkish Title, Turkish Abstract, Keywords, English Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgments (if applicable), Author Contributions, Conflict of Interest Statement, and References. Manuscripts prepared in Turkish must include both Turkish and English abstracts.
If the manuscript is prepared in English, it should include the following main sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if applicable), Author Contributions, Conflict of Interest Statement, and References. Manuscripts prepared in English should include only an English abstract.

5. The 📄Copyright Form must be completed and signed by all authors of the manuscript and uploaded to the system together with the submission. Submissions without a Copyright Form will not be considered for review. No changes or additions can be made by the authors after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
Page Layout
The page format must be set to A4 size with margins of 2.5 cm on all sides. The manuscript must be at least 5 pages and no more than 25 pages in length, including references, from the first to the last page. The Editorial Board reserves the right to modify the page limits when necessary. Pages should not be numbered.
General Format
The entire text of the manuscript must be written in Times New Roman, 10-point font, justified, and single-spaced. Main section headings should be in 12-point font, while subheadings should be in 10-point font and bold.
Abstract
The abstract should not exceed 300 words.
Keywords
Keywords should be provided in both Turkish and English, with a minimum of three and a maximum of five.
Headings
Main section headings must be written in bold and in uppercase letters. Main section headings should be numbered according to the heading level. Subheadings should be numbered following the main heading number. Subheadings must be in bold and written in sentence case, with only the first letter of the first word capitalized. The headings Acknowledgments, Author Contributions, Conflict of Interest Statement, and References should be presented without numbering.
Equations
Equations in the text should be numbered sequentially throughout the manuscript. Equations should be left-aligned. Equation numbers should be right-aligned and presented in parentheses.
Figures
Figures should be numbered sequentially throughout the manuscript, regardless of heading level. The figure number and caption should be centered below the figure. Photographs, images, drawings, graphs, and diagrams other than tables should be referred to as “Figure.” The figure number should be in bold; in the figure caption, only the first letter of the first word should be capitalized, and the remaining words should be in lowercase. Figures must be placed within the page boundaries.
Tables
Tables should be numbered sequentially throughout the manuscript, regardless of heading level. The table number and caption should be centered above the table. The table number should be in bold; in the table caption, only the first letter of the first word should be capitalized, and the remaining words should be in lowercase. Tables should be designed using only top and bottom horizontal lines.
References
The IEEE reference style must be used for citations. In-text citations should be indicated by numbering within square brackets. Journal names should be written in abbreviated form.
