Güvenceli-Esneklik ve Seçilmiş Avrupa Birliği Üyesi Ülkelerdeki Uygulamalar

Abstract

Avrupa
2020 istihdam stratejilerinin belirlenmesine yön veren, işgücü piyasaları ve bu
piyasaları düzenleyen kanunlarla ilgili temel sorunlar ve karşılaşılan
engeller, güvenceli-esneklik kavramı ile doğrudan ilgili olmuştur. Bu
çalışmada, Avrupa Birliği’nin Avrupa İstihdam Stratejisi kapsamında belirlediği
2020 hedefleri ve bu hedeflere ulaşmak için ortaya koyduğu reçete olan
güvenceli-esneklik işgücü piyasası modeli ele alınarak, seçilmiş üye
ülkelerdeki güvenceli-esneklik uygulamaları incelenmiştir.
