Abstract
Prof. Dr. Fatih RUKANCI and Prof. Dr. Hakan ANAMERİÇ, from the Department of Information and Document Management at Ankara University, and Alparslan BAŞAR, Head of the Document Identification and Evaluation Department of the Presidency of State Archives, gave a presentation titled "Memory Management: Archival Transformation and Paradigm". The book discusses in general memory management, the types of memory, the types of information sources that make up memory, the contribution of memory management to administrative management, the rules, standards and methods that ensure the efficient working of memory functions, and how these will affect and shape the paradigm in archiving.
Abstract
Ankara Üniversitesi Bilgi ve Belge Yönetimi Bölümü öğretim üyelerinden Prof. Dr. Fatih RUKANCI ve Prof. Dr. Hakan ANAMERİÇ ile Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı Belge Tespit ve Değerlendirme Dairesi Başkanı Alparslan BAŞAR tarafından hazırlanan “Bellek Yönetimi: Arşivsel Dönüşüm ve Paradigma” başlıklı kitapta genel olarak bellek yönetimi, belleğin türleri, belleği oluşturan bilgi kaynağı türleri, bellek yönetiminin idari yönetime katkısı, bellek fonksiyonlarının sağlıklı çalışmasını sağlayan kural, standart ve yöntemler ile bunların arşivcilikteki paradigmayı nasıl etkileyeceği ve şekillendireceği hususları ele alınmaktadır.
