Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Evaluation
Articles submitted to the journal must not have been published anywhere before or it must not be in a publication process at the moment. An spelling editor is assigned to the papers that meet this requirement for preliminary evaluation with the approval of the Editorial Board. Manuscripts deemed appropriate as a result of the preliminary evaluation are sent to the field editor. For the manuscripts reviewed by the field editors, a double blind review process is initiated and sent to two referees for review. If two referee reports are “positive”, the article is accepted to the journal. Completed articles are published in order of arrival. If one of the reports is “negative”, the article is sent to the third referee at the discretion of the field editor. Articles that have completed process are published in the order of their arrival.

The authors take into account the evaluations of the Editorial Board and the editors; however, they also have the right to defend their articles. If a situation that prevents publication is detected in the articles, the publication process can be suspended. Articles should be reported for plagiarism by the authors before submission.
