Abstract
When there was no money left in the treasury and the mint due to the preparations for the Russian Expedition, Mustafa III borrowed the gifts brought by statesmen at the birth of his son, Prince Selim, and the money belonging to his daughters' mothers to be paid from the revenues of their own foundations after the peace was made, and gave a deed of debt in return.

Mustafa'nın oğlu Şehzade Selim'in doğumunda devlet adamlarının getirdiği hediyelerle kızlarına ait annelerinde bulunan parayı barış yapıldıktan sonra kendi vakıflarının gelirlerinden ödemek üzere borç alıp bunun karşılığında borç senedi verdiği.
