Aim & Scope

Purpose of the Journal

"International Journal of Children's Literature and Education (CHEDAR) Researches ” is a peer-reviewed and scientific international journal that started publishing in 2017. The language of publication is Turkish and English. Studies accepted to the journal are published online. “International Journal of Children's Literature and Education Researches” publishes original studies in the fields of children's literature and educational research, revealing the current situation in the fields of children's literature and educational research, drawing attention to problems and suggesting solutions, etc. aims to make contributions. 

Scope of  the Journal

The journal primarily publishes original research articles in the field of children's literature. In addition, original research articles are accepted in the following fields.

International Journal of Children's Literature and Education (CHEDAR) Researches , which started its publication in 2017, is a peer-reviewed and international journal published in Turkish and English. Articles prepared in accordance with the author's guide are sent to referees for evaluation by the journal editors. A double-blind referee system is used within the scope of CHEDAR studies. Studies accepted to the journal are published online. International Journal of Children's Literature and Education (CHEDAR) Researches focuses on studies in the fields of Children's Literature, Educational Researches and Turkish Education.

While uploading the article files prepared by the authors according to the International Journal of Children's Literature and Educational Research Journal Template (article files that are not arranged according to the magazine template will not be evaluated) to the system, you must use Turnitin, Plagium, iThenticate etc. for the article work to be uploaded to the system. The report obtained as a result of scanning by similarity scanning programs and showing that it has a maximum similarity of 20%, including the bibliography, must upload the Ethics Declaration Form and Copyright Transfer Form to the system.

Important Announcement: Please note that those who submit articles do not have to pay any processing fees, application fees or any fees for their articles to be published in the International Journal of Children's Literature and Educational Research (CHEDAR).

Additionally, there is no fast-track publication process, as each submission is subject to double-blind peer review.
