Author Guidelines
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF CHILDREN'S LITERATURE AND EDUCATION RESEARCH (CHEDAR) PUBLISHING AND WRITING RULES
1.General Principles
1. International Journal of Children's Literature and Educational Research (ÇEDAR) is an international refereed journal and is published quarterly a year, except for special issues.
2. Uploading the article to the International Journal of Children's Literature and Educational Research (ÇEDAR) through the article tracking system is considered as an application for publication. No copyright fee is paid for articles.
3. Any legal responsibility regarding the content of the articles published in the International Journal of Children's Literature and Educational Research (ÇEDAR) belongs to the author.
4. International Journal of Children's Literature and Educational Research (ÇEDAR) has the right to make corrections in the submitted articles, to publish or not to publish the articles.
5. Although the language of publication is Turkish, it is also possible to include articles in other languages when deemed necessary and appropriate.
6. At the beginning of the article to be uploaded to the article tracking system, a Turkish and English summary of 200-300 words, a keyword of 3-5 words; Turkish and English titles should be included.
7. After the article is accepted for publication, a structured English abstract of at least 500 words must be added at the end of the article under the title "Structured Abstract". The English summary should consist of "Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussions" sections.
8. Information such as the author's name, title, institution he works for and e-mail address where he can be reached should not be included under the title of the article. Since the system administrator can already see which academician the articles were added to the system or sent to the journal, this information will be added to the article by the editor after the articles go through the referee process.
9. Manuscripts must be sent arranged in accordance with the "International Journal of Children's Literature and Educational Research Journal Template". Studies that are not prepared according to the journal template will not be evaluated.
10. Studies that have entered the referee evaluation process and are directed to both referees through the blind referee method cannot be withdrawn from the system unless they are rejected.

In-text citations link the ideas in your paper to the sources in your reference list. Use the author-date system.

The reference list provides the information necessary for readers to locate and retrieve any source cited in the body of the paper.
General Formatting Rules:
- Order: Alphabetical by the first author's surname.
- Hanging Indent: The first line of each entry is flush left; subsequent lines are indented 1 cm.
