This journal uses a CC BY-NC license.

The Copyright Agreement Form must be signed with a blue pen and uploaded to the system as a PDF. The form can be filled out in separate copies by authors from different institutions. However, all signatures must be signed with a blue pen and combined as a SINGLE PDF, and uploaded to the system. Authors own the copyright of their work published in the journal, and their work is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. 


The author(s) retains unrestricted copyrights and publishing rights.

By submitting their work to the journal, the authors are deemed to have accepted the following conditions.
1. The copyright of the published article belongs to its author under CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
2. The authors authorize Constructive Mathematical Analysis to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
3. The authors grant the right to freely use the article to any third party as long as the original authors and citation details are identified.
4. Nothing in this license impairs or restricts an author's right to preserve the integrity and ownership of their work.
5. All commercial rights related to the article belong to the authors.

All articles published since the first issue of the journal are open-access.

The Journal allows authors to deposit versions of their work in an institutional or other repository.
1. The Publisher allows authors the use of the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author's personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication.
