Abstract

Harran Kertenkelesi, Acanthodactylus harranensis'in şimdiye kadar sadece Türkiye’ye endemik olduğu varsayılmaktaydı. Bu çalışmayla, türün tasnifinden on yıl önce Suriye’den eski bir kişisel bulgu sunulmuştur.

Note on the Endemic Status of Harran Fringe-fingered Lizard, Acanthodactylus harranensis Baran, Kumlutaş, Lanza, Sindaco, Ilgaz, Avcı, & Crucitti, 2005

Abstract

The Harran fringe-fingered lizard Acanthodactylus harranensis hitherto has been presumed to be exclusively endemic for Turkey. Here I present an old personal find for Syria, predating the species’ description by ten years. Another find from that country is given too. Şimdiye kadar Harran kertenkelesi Türkiye için tam endemik bir tür farzetmiş. Surye’de bulduğum numunesi burada kaydediyorum. Keşif orjinal türün tarif etmesinden on yıl önce geliyor. Başka Surye’de bulunmuş bir numune burada sunulmuştur.
