Abstract

There is very important status of the family in the socialization of the individua ı. Rural environment which constitutes great social origins of religious officers continues to carry the attitude and b1havior of traditional large family even though it has same kind of change ioınd transformation. Their family environment in the satellite cities according to their matrix is defıned different than the modern nuclear family. A religious officer who has a close relation with this family type seems very eager to re-product this ~ind of family type'in their working places from rural to urban. In this regard forms which a religious officer reached in his/her family type reflect attitudes and behaviors which are motivated by agricultural production mode that underHes largely to preserve the socio-cultural and economical unity.
