Abstract

Günümüzde birçok firma artan rekabet ortamında ayakta kalmak için müşteri ihtiyaçlarını sağlayacak biçimde hizmet ve ürün tasarlamak, müşterilerine zamanında ve sözleşmeye uygun teslimatlar yapabilmek için sürekli olarak yeni yaklaşımlar denemektedirler. Bu yaklaşımlardan birisi de bir kalite geliştirme yaklaşımı olan kalite fonksiyon yayılımının uygulanmasıdır. Bu çalışmada inşaat sektöründe yer alan bir firma seçilerek bu firmada KFY süreci uygulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda, ilgili firmanın müşteri memnuniyetini artırmak için hangi süreçlerini iyileştirmesi gerektiği ortaya konmuştur. Çalışma inşaat sektöründe müşteri istek ve ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi konusunda yol göstericidir

Quality Function Deployment and an Application in Construction Sector

Abstract

In today‟s competitive environment, it is important for the organizations to define customer requirements and make products accordingly, in order to survive. Thus, companies try new management approaches which fit with their consumer requirements. One of the widely used approaches is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). In this study, the basic steps of Quality Function Deployment application by a construction organization are presented. The results form a basic steps guidance‟ to both construction organizations and future researchers
