Lomber disk hernisi sonrasında görülen iliak arter psödoanevrizması

Abstract

Lomber disk hernisi
operasyonu genellikle posterior yaklaşımla yapılmakta olup vasküler
yaralanmalar operasyonun komplikasyonları arasında sayılabilmektedir. Sunulan 39
yaşındaki olguda geçirilmiş lomber disk hernisi sonrası başlayan ve bir aydır
devam eden bacak ağrısı vardı. Yakınmaları operasyon sonrasında çıktığı
öğrenilen hastada çekilen bilgisayarlı tomografi sonrasında iliak arter psödoanevrizması
görüldü. Olgu cerrahi olarak başarıyla tedavi edildi.

Abstract

Lumbar disc herniation surgery is usually performed through a posterior approach. Vascular injuries can be counted among the complications. 39 years old male patient had lower extremity pain which has started after lumbar disc herniation surgery and continued for a month. Iliac arterial pseudoaneurysm has been detected in computerized tomography. It was successfully treated with vascular surgery
