Abstract

Perineal ectopic testis is a rare congenital anomally. The incidence of perineal ectopic testis is less than 1% in all undescended testis. Patient usually applied to urology with empty scrotum and testicular agenesia. The main treatment is surgical and hormonal therapy is not indicated in these patients. We report an eleven years old patient with right perineal ectopic testis that was underwent scrotal orchidopexy

Perineal Ektopik Testis: Nadir Bir Konjenital Anomali

Abstract

Perineal ektopik testis nadir görülen konjenital bir anomalidir. İnmemiş tetisler içinde insidansı 1% den azdır. Hastalar, sıklıkla testis yokluğu ve boş skrotum şikayeti ile başvurur. Hormonal tedavinin yerinin olmadığı bu vakalarda tedavi cerrahidir. Burada 11 yaşında sağ perineal ektopik testis tanısı fizik muayenesi konularak orşiopeksi ile tedavi edilen çocuk hasta sunulmuştur.
