Algılanan Mağduriyet Ölçeğinin Türkçe Uyarlaması: Güvenirlik ve Geçerlik Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı algılanan mağduriyet ölçeğinin (Aquino, Grover, Bradfield ve Allen, 1999) güvenirlik ve geçerlik analizinin yapılmasıdır. Bu amaçla Adana’da özel sektörde görev yapan 357 çalışandan kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle oluşturulan örneklemde anket uygulanarak veri elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde, açımlayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile iç tutarlılık analizleri kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bu ölçeğin Türkiye’deki araştırmalarda güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçek olduğu ortaya konulmuştur.
