Pestisitlerin Gıda Güvenliği ve Toprak Sağlığı Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Değerlendirilmesi*

Abstract

Artan nüfusun gıdaya ulaşımının sağlanması çok önemli olup, önemli sorumlulukları, araştırmaları ve faaliyetleri beraberinde getirmektedir. Küresel ısınma ve iklim değişikliği dikkate alındığında zirai mücadele ilaçlarının (pestisitler) kullanımı da kaçınılmaz olmuştur. Bu derlemede pestisitlerin gıda sistemlerine giriş yolları hakkındaki mevcut kanıtları özetlemekte, kalıntı maruziyeti ile ilişkili sağlık ve ekolojik riskleri değerlendirmekte ve bunların kontrolüne yönelik düzenleyici ve metodolojik çerçeveleri incelemektedir. Bununla birlikte, gıda güvenliğini ve çevresel dayanıklılığı sağlamak için disiplinlerarası, kanıta dayalı yaklaşımların gerekliliği vurgulanmaktadır.

Evaluation of the Effects of Pesticides on Food Safety and Soil Health*

Abstract

Ensuring access to food for a growing population is crucial and entails significant responsibilities, research, and activities. Considering global warming and climate change, the use of agricultural pesticides has become inevitable. environmental problems and food supply chain have arisen, especially soil health. It is extremely important that pesticides are produced in a manner that is compatible with food safety and soil health. This review synthesizes current evidence on the routes of pesticide entry into food systems, evaluates the health and ecological risks associated with residue exposure, and examines the regulatory and methodological frameworks aimed at their control.
