İyimserlik ve Psikolojik Dayanıklılığın Geliştirilmesi Programının Risk Altında Bulunan Çocukların Umutsuzluk Düzeylerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, deney grubunun ve kontrol grubunun ön, son ve izleme test puanları karşılaştırılarak, İyimserlik ve Psikolojik Dayanıklılığın Geliştirilmesi Programı’nın (SOAR), risk altındaki çocukların umutsuzluk düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmaya 24 ilkokul öğrencisi katılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, deney grubunda SOAR etkinliğinin istatiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu ancak deney grubu ile kontrol grubu arasında fark olmadığı saptanmıştır. Deney grubunun izleme testi sonuçlarında ise SOAR programının olumlu etkilerinin devam ettiğini belirlenmiştir

Impact of The Student’s Optimistic Attitudes And Resiliency Program (Soar) On The Hopelessness Levels Of Children At Risk

Abstract

In this study, impact of The Student’s Optimistic Attitudes and Resiliency Program (SOAR) on the hopelessness levels of children at risk was investigated by comparing pre, post, and follow- up test scores of an experiment group and a control group. A total of 24 primary students participated. The results indicated that effectiveness of SOAR was found statistically significant for within experimental group but no difference between experimental and control group. Also the follow up measures stated that the positive effects of SOAR program were going on
