Okul Kültürü ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi: Bir Meta Analiz Çalışması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı okul kültürü ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektedir. Bu amaca ulaşabilmek için okul kültürü ve örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemeye yönelik yapılan çalışmaların sonuçlarına dayalı nicel bir araştırma olan meta analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda 01.01.2007 – 31.12.2017 tarihleri arasında ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde yapılan yüksek lisans ve doktora tezleri ile hakemli dergilerde yapılan araştırmalar taranarak okul kültürü ve örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkiye dayalı, nicel araştırma yöntemi ile yapılan 22 araştırmadan etki büyüklüğü hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma bulguları okul kültürü ile iş doyumu arasında pozitif yönlü, anlamlı ve güçlü düzeyde (Zr=0.566) etki büyüklüğü bulunduğunu göstermiştir.
