Eğitim Kurumlarında Düşünce Liderliği: Teorik Çerçeve ve Literatür Taraması

Abstract

Bu araştırma, eğitim kurumlarında düşünce liderliğinin teorik çerçevesini oluşturmayı ve bu konudaki literatürü tartışmayı amaçlamaktadır. Geleneksel liderlik yaklaşımlarından farklı olarak, düşünce liderliği doğuştan gelen bir özellik değil, öğrenilerek geliştirilen bir nitelik olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Literatür taraması yöntemi kullanılarak, liderlik ve düşünce liderliği konularında mevcut bilgi ve teoriler incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, liderlik kavramının bağlamsal bir fenomen olarak değerlendirildiği ve liderliğin çeşitli özellikleri ile süreçlerin bir kombinasyonu olarak ele alındığı vurgulanmaktadır. Ayrıca, yenilikçi fikirler ve stratejik değişim gerektiren zorlu piyasa koşullarında, düşünce liderliğinin önemine dikkat çekilmektedir. Veriler, içerik analizi tekniği ile analiz edilmiş ve elde edilen bulgular, düşünce liderliğinin eğitim kurumlarındaki rolünü ve etkilerini anlamak için kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma, düşünce liderliğinin eğitimdeki etkilerini ve potansiyelini araştıran teorik bir çerçeve sunarak, literatüre katkıda bulunmayı hedeflemektedir.

Thought Leadership in Educational Institutions: Theoretical Framework and Literature Review

Abstract

This research aims to establish the theoretical framework of thought leadership in educational institutions and to discuss the literature on this subject. Unlike traditional leadership approaches, thought leadership is not considered as an innate characteristic but as a quality that is learned and developed. Using the literature review method, existing knowledge and theories on leadership and thought leadership were examined. The research emphasizes that the concept of leadership is considered as a contextual phenomenon and is considered as a combination of various characteristics and processes of leadership. In addition, the importance of thought leadership is emphasized in challenging market conditions that require innovative ideas and strategic change. The data were analyzed with the content analysis technique and the findings obtained were used to understand the role and effects of thought leadership in educational institutions. This study aims to contribute to literature by providing a theoretical framework that investigates the effects and potential of thought leadership in education.
