Abstract
State is asocial fact that there has been for ages. Today we have seen that there is surprising variety on state concept and its definitions, and that there is deep disparity of view. State is organization that is arised for realise the order and peace and welfare and the happiness of community. In this paper, we will discuss philosophically state and its community role.

Abstract
Devlet, yüzyıllardan beri var olan sosyal bir olgudur. Bugün devlet kavramı ve onun tanımı üzerinde şaşırtıcı bir çeşitliliğin ve derin görüş ayrılıklarının olduğunu görmekteyiz. Devlet, toplumun düzenini, barışını, refahını ve mutluluğunu gerçekleştirmek amacıyla yapılan bir örgütlenmedir. Bu çalışmada biz devlet ve onun toplumsal rolünü felsefi olarak tartışacağız.
