Aile Yaşamında Maneviyat: Aile Psikolojik Danışmasında Maneviyatın Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Aile, bireyi hayata hazırlayan önemli bir toplumsal yapıdır. Ailelerin sağlıklı şekilde varlıklarını sürdürmeleri toplumların gelişmesi için önem taşır. Bu nedenle ailelerin sağlığını ve işlevlerini etkileyen unsurları araştırmak gerekmektedir. Aile dinamiklerinden biri olan maneviyatın ruh sağlığı üzerinde olumlu etkileri olduğu bilinmektedir. Maneviyatı bireysel olarak değerlendiren pek çok çalışma bulunmaktadır. Ancak psikoloji araştırmalarında ailelerdeki maneviyat da göz önüne alınmıştır. Maneviyat aile yaşamını evlilik ilişkisi, ebeveynlik ve ailedeki etkileşimler bakımından etkilemektedir. Aileyi farklı yönlerden etkileyen maneviyatı psikolojik danışma sürecine dahil etmek bu bakımdan önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada maneviyatın aile yaşamındaki rolünün açıklanması ve ailelerle psikolojik danışma sürecinde maneviyatın incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Maneviyatın aile yaşamındaki yeri ve önemini değerlendirmek için öncelikle toplumsal bir yapı olan aile ve maneviyat kavramları açıklanmıştır. Maneviyatı aile yaşamına katkıları evlilik, ebeveynlik ve aile ilişkileri başlıklarında incelenmiş, ailelerle psikolojik danışma sürecinde maneviyatın ele alınışı açıklanmış ardından aile yaşamı ve maneviyat ilişkisini konu alan araştırmalar değerlendirilmiştir.
