Abstract

Bu çalışmada ECM Bakım Temini İşlevini yerine getiren bakım atölyelerinin sertifikasyon süreci incelenmiştir. Sertifikasyon sürecinin bir parçası olan ilk değerlendirmede kullanılmak üzere bir kontrol formu geliştirilmiştir.
