Abstract
The lecturers and students attending to the postgraduate programme in the Deperment of Painting Education at Cumhuriyet University in Sivas are examined in this study. The Courses in the mentioned deportment are also examined in the study.
The sample of the study consists of the lecturers from different universities but teaching at Social Sciences Institute Cumhuriyet University in Sivas and also the students of the same institute.

Abstract
Bu araştırmada Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Resim Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı Lisansüstü eğitim programı derslerini veren öğretim elemanlarının ve öğretim sürecinin niteliksel durumları incelenmiştir.
Araştırmanın örneklemi farklı üniversitelerin farklı fakültelerinden, Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstilüsünde yüksek lisans eğitimini sürdüren 10 öğretim elemanından oluşmuştur.
Araştırmada, öğretim elemanlarının demografik özellikleri ile yaptıkları sanatsal ve bilimsel etkinlikleri içinde saptanan veriler, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 15 (onbeş) sorudan oluşan bir anket aracılığı ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin yorumunda, frekans ve yüzde değerlerinden yararlanılmıştır.
