Öğretmenlerin Algıladıkları Örgütsel Güven, Umut ve Motivasyon Düzeyleri Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu makalenin amacı öğretmenlerin motivasyonları, algıladıkları örgütsel güven ve umut düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesidir. Araştırma nicel araştırma modellerinden ilişkisel tarama modelinde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini uygun örnekleme ile belirlenmiş 306 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği, Umut Ölçeği ve Motivasyon Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS26 istatistik programı yardımıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, bazı demografik değişkenlere göre öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven, umut ve motivasyon düzeyleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven ve umut düzeyleri ile motivasyonları arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
