Kalp Yetersizliği Olan Bireylerin Hemşirelik Bakımında Kanıta Dayalı Yaklaşımlar

Abstract

ÖzKalp yetersizliği sıklıkla günlük yaşamı olumsuz etkileyebilen nefes darlığı, ödem, göğüs ağrısı gibi semptomlarla seyreden, yüksek mortalite ve morbidite oranına sahip, önemli bir sağlık sorunudur. Kalp yetersizliği olan bireylere etkin hemşirelik bakımı uygulandığında semptomlar önlenerek bireylerin günlük yaşam aktiviteleri geliştirilebilir ve yaşam kalitesi yükseltilebilir. Bu bağlamda kalp yetersizliği olan bireylerin bakım uygulamalarının kanıta dayalı olması önem taşımaktadır.

Heart failure characterized by symptoms such as shortness of breath, edema, chest pain, can adversely affect everyday life with high
mortality and morbidity rates, is an important health problem. When implementing effective nursing care activities to people with heart
failure, prevents the symptoms and improve daily living and quality of life. In this context, it is important to be evidence-based care for
people with heart failure
