Anne Sütünün Saklama Koşullarına Yönelik Güncel Bilgi ve Uygulamalar

Abstract

Anne sütü yenidoğanın büyüme ve gelişmesinin sağlanmasında besleyiciliği ve immünolojik özellikleri bakımından en önemli ve eşsiz besin kaynağıdır. Çeşitli nedenlerle anneler sütünü sağıp bebeğine vermek durumunda kalmaktadırlar. Anne sütünün saklanması, sütün besleyicilik ve immünolojik içeriğinin korunması ve mikroorganizma gelişiminin önlenmesi açısından önemli bir konudur. Annelerin, anne sütünü saklama ve temizleme koşullarına yönelik yapacakları yanlış uygulamalar bebeğini kaliteli ve sağlıklı sütle beslemelerini engelleyecektir. Bu nedenle anne sütünü saklama ve temizleme koşulları hakkında sağlık personelinin bilgi sahibi olması ve en güvenli yöntem konusunda annelere yön göstermesi önemlidir. Bu derleme çalışmasının amacı anne sütünün saklanmasına yönelik son güncel bilgilerin sunulmasıdır. Çalışmada anne sütünü saklama koşullarına yönelik çalışmalar ve anne sütünün saklamasında dikkat edilmesi gereken koşullar, saklama kaplarının uygunluğu, saklama sıcaklıkları, saklama süresi ve kapların temizliğine yönelik güncel rehberlerin önerileri sunulmuştur

Current Knowledge and Applications for Breast Milk Storage

Abstract

Mother milk is the most important and uniquie source of nutrients for newborn's growth and development in terms of ensuring
the nutritional and immunological characteristics. For various reasons,mothers are forced to give stored milk to their babies.
Storage of breast milk is an important issue in order to protect nutritional and immunological content and to prevent microbial
growth. Mothers’ wrong applications about breast milkstorage and cleaning conditions may prevent feeding quality and
healthy milk of their baby. Therefore, it is important for health staff to guide mothers by having information about conditions
and the most secure method. The purpose of this literature review is to show current informations about mother milk storage.
In this study, studies about stored breast milk and recommendations of current guidelines about conditions that need attention
while storing breast milk, appropriateness of storage containers, storage temperature, storage time and cleanliness of containers
were exhibited
