The Chinese language is from the radical language family while Turkish is known as one of the agglutinative languages from point of the structural frame. Despite Chinese and Turkish are members of the different language families, there are some linguistic similarities between them. In regard to second-person pronoun, in both of Chinese and Turkish there are some words to be used to indicate the differences between singularity and plurality; moreover to express sincerity and respect. In Chinese, “Nimen” indicates second-person plural pronoun while “Nin” states respect as it’s equivalent in Turkish, “siz”. Yapı akrabalığı bakımından Çince, Tek Heceli Diller grubuna girerken Türkçe ise Eklemeli Diller Grubu’nun en belirgin örneği olarak bilinir. Çince ile Türkçe farklı dil grubuna ait olmalarına rağmen aralarında bazı benzer dil olayları bulunmaktadır. İkinci şahıs adıllarına bakıldığında ise, Türkçede ve Çincede hem teklik-çokluk ayrımını, hem samimiyet-saygı kavramını ifade eden farklı sözcükler kullanılmaktadır. Çincede “Ni-men” sözcüğüyle çokluk ikinci şahıs adılı belirtilirken, saygı göstermek amacıyla kullanılan “siz” adılı ise “Nin” sözcüğüyle karşılanmaktadır. Bildirimizin amacı, ana dili Çince olan Tayvanlı öğrencilerin Türkçe çokluk ikinci şahıs adılını öğrenirken, ana dillerinin etkisinden kaynaklanan avantajları ve zorlukları göstermek yanlış kullanımların nedenlerini ortaya koymak ve elimizden geldiğince düzeltme önerilerinde bulunmaya çalışmaktır.
