YABANCI DİL SINIFLARINDA EŞDİZİMLİ SÖZCÜK ÖĞRETİMİ VE ANADİLİNİN ROLÜ

Abstract

Sözlüksel ve / ya da sözdizimsel açıdan bir dereceye kadar nedensizce sınırlı ve birden fazla sözcükten oluşan sözcük bileşimleri biçiminde tanımlanabilen eşdizimlisözcükler, bir dilin anadili konuşucusunun edincinde çok önemli yere sahiptir.Dolayısıyla, hedef dili doğal kullanma sürecinde, yabancı dil öğrencileri için deoldukça gerekli olan bu sözcük grubunun sınıflandırılmasına, önemine ve yabancıdil öğrencilerine yarattığı güçlüklere değinilen bu yazıda, eşdizimli sözcük kullanma sürecinde öğrencilerin anadilinin rolüne ilişkin de bir çalışma sunulmakta vesınıf içi örnek etkinliklere de yer verilmektedir

Abstract

Collocations, which can be defined as lexical combinations made up of more thanone word and arbitrarily restricted to a certain degree in terms of lexis and / or syntax, have great importance in a native speaker’s competence. Thus, these words areof crucial importance to foreign language learners in the process of using the target language naturally. This article, in which the classification of collocations,their importance and the difficulty they cause for foreign language learners arementioned, presents a study on the role of mother tongue in the process of students’collocation use and it also gives examples of classroom activities
