Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine a superstructure of students’ texts written as short essay texts. In this context how students arrange the introduction and conclusion sections of their texts were examined. Analysis method was used in this study. Introduction and conlusion sections of sixty two students’ texts were analysed according to scala developed. As a result of these analyes many problems in the arrangement of the introduction and conlusion sections were found. This case shows the conclusion that students can not arrange the süperstructure of text. Therefor it is suggested that superstructure of text should be taught.

ÖĞRENCİ METİNLERİNDE ÜSTYAPI DÜZENLENİŞİNE İLİŞKİN SORUNLAR: “GİRİŞ” ve “SONUÇ” BÖLÜMLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, kısa deneme türünde yazılan öğrenci metinlerininüstyapı özelliklerini incelemektir. Bu bağlamda, öğrencilerin, metnin üstyapısınailişkin giriş ve sonuç bölümlerini nasıl düzenledikleri incelenmiştir. Bu incelemedearaştırma yöntemlerinden çözümleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Altmış iki öğrencimetninin giriş ve sonuç bölümü, geliştirilen değerlendirme ölçeğine göre çözümlenmiştir. Bu çözümlemeler sonucunda öğrenci metinlerinin giriş ve sonuç bölümlerinin düzenlenmesinde sorunlar bulgulanmıştır. Bu durum öğrencilerin üstyapıdüzenlemesi yapamadıkları sonucunu doğurmaktadır. Bu nedenle öğrencilere metnin üstyapısında dönük eğitim verilmesi önerilmektedir
